NANOMeM team visites the Barcelona’s Institute for Microeletronics

Last Monday, Salvador Cardona and Carlos visited one of the most relevant institutes among the members of the National Microelectronics Centre. (CNM-IMB). During the visit the researchers agreed in a collaboration between ICMol and IMB regarding the studies in CMOS – compatibility and fabrication methodology of large-scale memristive materials.

In short, this collaboration will offer interesting results about the specifications of massive production and processing of the memristive composite presented by NANOMeM team.
